Alzheimer’s Community Care, Inc. is an approved CEU provider for the Florida Boards of Nursing, Nursing Home Administrators, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling.

Alzheimer’s Community Care offers customized in-services and community education to suit your organization’s needs.

  • State Certified Trainers  
  • Training is available at our facility located at 800 Northpoint Parkway, West Palm Beach, or we can schedule a training at your organization
  • Trainings include State of Florida approved ALF Level 1 and 2
  • Reasonably priced at $50 per person for each level at our site; $400 per level for 8 to 25 professionals

Annual Alzheimer’s Conference
