What services are offered at the Specialized Adult Day Service Centers?
Services include:

  • Routine health maintenance by a licensed nurse
     
  • An individually-tailored, therapeutic activities program
       
  • Assistance with personal care
     
  • Nutritious meals and snacks served daily
     
  • Assistance with transportation coordination
     
  • Access to physical, occupational and speech therapy
     
  • Weekly caregiver support groups
     
  • Ongoing support from caring and knowledgeable staff and volunteers
