If you ask founding board member James Fragakis Gregory what was the most significant contribution made to Alzheimer’s Community Care in the early days, without hesitation he will answer, the gift of a permanent home for Alzheimer’s Community Care’s headquarters and Specialized Day Care Center.  This gift represents the Baxter Foundation’s vision of providing the quality of care our patients and caregivers deserve.

The Baxter Foundation gave us Alzheimer's Community Care the endurance to reach for dream that would ensure the human dignity would become a fundamental aspect of all dementia-specific care.
