The Adult Day Service Center program is a dementia-specific program due to these factors:

  • Applicants must be diagnosed or suspected to have Alzheimer’s disease or a progressive, irreversible condition causing dementia
  • Alzheimer's Community Care is aware of the special needs of people with a condition of this type and training is provided on how to respond to those needs.
  • The staff to patient ratio is maintained at 1:5; 1:3 with volunteers.
  • Activities, projects, and events that result in success with people with dementia are conducted within a structured, daily calendar.
  • Additional support is available and is coordinated to make living with Alzheimer’s a little easier.

Let Alzheimer's Community Care know if there is any service the organization can add to better suit your needs.  Please do not hesitate to provide feedback to your center’s Program Manager by calling (561) 683-2700.

We place a safety net around patients and caregivers every day. ™
