We invite you to attend the 2008 Alzheimer's Educational Conference, which will be held in beautiful downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, on June 5 & 6. With hundreds of family caregivers, healthcare professionals and social service providers in attendance, this annual conference has grown to become one of the largest Alzheimer's caregiver conferences in the nation and is widely recognized as a premier educational event, as well as a venue for which information regarding services and resources may be obtained. In addition to the dynamic presentation from leading disease experts, the conference will include keynote addresses from the U.S. Assistant Secretary on Aging, Josefina Carbonell, and actress, singer and Alzheimer's advocate, Shelley Fabares. We are also pleased to announce 240 ft. of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's "Quilt to Remember" will be on display as part of its national tour.
