A one-day conference, dedicated to Alzheimer's and related dementia disorders, is provided by Alzheimer's Community Care and hosted by Treasure Coast Hospice.
On February 22-24, 2011, Alzheimer's Community Care held its first Annual Advocacy Trip to Tallahassee to address the critical need of funding for dementia specific services to ensure the well being of Alzheiemer's patients and their caregivers.
