Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace
$10.00 – 2.0 Hour CEU
This course is required for Nurses every other biennial license period and presents content as outlined in rules of the Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 64B9-5.014. This course is elective for all other listed disciplines.
Course content addresses identifying signs of impairment in the workplace, signs of possible drug diversion, employer initiatives to assist employees, essential steps when abiding by mandatory reporting of impaired nurses, and the requirements for treatment programs for impaired practitioners.
