Join us on Tuesday, Nov. 18th from 6-8 p.m. at The Ben Hotel, West Palm Beach for an elegant evening of community, cocktails, and celebration as Alzheimer’s Community Care hosts its Season Kickoff Cocktail Reception in honor of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.
This event brings together compassionate supporters, community leaders, and advocates for a night of connection and purpose. Guests will enjoy cocktails and gourmet hors d’oeuvres in a sophisticated setting, all in support of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders.
Community Heart Award
A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of our inaugural Community Heart Award, an annual recognition honoring extraordinary commitment to improving the lives of families living with Alzheimer’s. This year, we are proud to celebrate the Mary Alice Fortin Foundation for its outstanding generosity and partnership in advancing access to care, comfort, and dignity for our most vulnerable neighbors.
The Season Kickoff Cocktail Reception serves not only as a launch to our year-round calendar of community initiatives but also as a moment to reflect on the power of collective compassion and the importance of memory care support services throughout South Florida.
All proceeds from the evening will benefit ACC’s mission-driven programs, including specialized adult day services, family case management, and more.
