Celebrating 30 Years of Alzheimer’s Community Care
On Friday, February 6, 2026, Alzheimer’s Community Care celebrated its 30th anniversary at The Addison of Boca Raton with an unforgettable Hearts of Hope Luncheon honoring three decades of service to families living with Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders.
Guests enjoyed boutique shopping—with a portion of proceeds benefitting Alzheimer’s Community Care—and witnessed the presentation of the inaugural Heart of ACC Award, honoring Pamela Higer-Polani for her outstanding dedication and leadership. Featured speaker and local artist Kristin M. Beck inspired attendees with her moving presentation, while CBS 12 anchor Liz Quirantes served as our gracious emcee.
Dressed in shades of red and pink in celebration of the Hearts of Hope theme, our guests helped raise vital funds that directly support Alzheimer’s Community Care’s specialized programs and services—helping families keep their loved ones safe, supported, and at home, where they belong.
