Alzheimer’s Community Care Receives Teen Philanthropy Program Change Makers Grant from the Mandel Jewish Community Center

Alzheimer’s Community Care (ACC) is honored to announce it has been selected as a recipient of the Change Makers Grant through the Honeycomb Teen Philanthropy Program at the Mandel JCC in Palm Beach Gardens.

As part of the program, local teens spent months learning about charitable giving, evaluating community needs, and reviewing nonprofit organizations before selecting ACC from a pool of 10 nonprofit applicants. Read more…
