The Treasure Coast Caregiver Conference presented by Seacoast National Bank is an education opportunity offered FREE to family caregivers on the Treasure Coast. This one-day conference, dedicated to Alzheimer’s and related dementia disorders, is provided by Alzheimer’s Community Care and hosted by Treasure Coast Hospice.
The 2012 Palm Beach Gala, Casino Royale, License to Thrill, is Alzheimer’s Community Care’s signature fundraising event and will include a night of dining, dancing, entertainment and gaming reminiscent of elegant Monte Carlo. Proceeds raised directly support the vital services offered by Alzheimer’s Community Care to help those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia disorders, right here in our local communities.
